Lokhali Cancellation Policy

At Lokhali, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To best serve our guests and hosts, we offer a tiered cancellation policy that accommodates different levels of flexibility. Please review the options below to choose the policy that best fits your needs. By booking a stay with Lokhali, you agree to adhere to the selected cancellation terms.

1. Flexible Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund, excluding service fees.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 6 days and 48 hours before check-in will receive a 50% refund, excluding service fees.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Moderate Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund, excluding service fees.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 13 days and 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund, excluding service fees.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Strict Cancellation Policy

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund, excluding service fees.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will not be eligible for a refund.

4. No Refund Cancellation Policy

• No Refund: All bookings made under this policy are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the timing of the cancellation request.

Important Notes:

• Service Fees: Lokhali service fees are non-refundable across all cancellation policies.
• Extenuating Circumstances: In the case of extreme and unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government-imposed travel bans), Lokhali may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Documentation will be required.
• No-Show: Guests who do not arrive at the property and do not communicate their cancellation in advance will not be eligible for a refund under any policy.
• Booking Modifications: Any changes to the booking dates or other modifications may be subject to the availability of the property and could result in additional charges. Please refer to the specific policy selected at the time of booking for applicable rules.
