Lokhali Cancellation Policy
At Lokhali, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, so we offer a cancellation policy that we believe is fair to both you the guest and our hosts. Please review the terms below carefully. By booking a stay with Lokhali, you agree to adhere to these cancellation terms.
Full refund
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund, excluding service fees.
Partial refund
Cancellations made between 48 hours of booking and 7 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund, excluding service fees.
Credit note
Cancellations made up to between 6 days and 2 working days before check-in will receive a credit equivalent to 50% of their original booking (excluding service fees) to be redeemed against another Lokhali stay.
Last minute cancellations
Cancellations made within 2 working days of check-in will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the timing of the cancellation request.
Important Notes:
- Service Fees: Lokhali service fees are non-refundable across all cancellation policies.
- Extenuating Circumstances: In the case of extreme and unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government-imposed travel bans), Lokhali may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Documentation will be required.
- No-Show: Guests who do not arrive at the property and do not communicate their cancellation in advance will not be eligible for a refund under any policy.
- Booking Modifications: Any changes to the booking dates or other modifications may be subject to the availability of the property and could result in additional charges. Please refer to the specific policy selected at the time of booking for applicable rules.
