Ahlan, Bienvenido, Welcome, Our name is a blend of Spanish and Arabic, meaning “Little House of Peace.” We are a refuge from the everyday, sitting above a small town, in the lush hills of Vega Alta, Puerto Rico (a short 15 minutes to the beach, and 25 minutes from San Juan). Casitas is to be a sanctuary in a world that can be depleting in every way. You are invited to experience the restorative power of nature, recenter in moments of quiet reflection, realign in wholistic health practices, and benefit from the diverse splendor of Puerto Rico. Casita is dedicated to teaching women how to maintain balance in their home environments. While our programming focuses on regenerative practices for mind, body, soul – we also want you to leave with a better understanding of how to live more harmoniously in our increasingly vulnerable world.
